By accessing and using Estimo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Estimo is a free Planning Poker application designed to help agile teams estimate work effort collaboratively. The Service provides:

  • Real-time collaborative estimation sessions
  • Virtual voting cards for story point estimation
  • Issue/story management within sessions
  • Results visualization and statistics

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying the Service

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the Service, including usernames and issue descriptions. Content must not:

  • Be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contain personal information of others without consent
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of Estimo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Estimo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Estimo name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
